Talk about a slap on the wrist! Ohio State Head Football Coach Urban Meyer was suspended for the first three games of the season for denying knowledge of an assistant coach’s domestic violence against his wife when all evidence pointed to Meyer having full knowledge. These are three meaningless games that pose no threat in the scheme of making a run for another national title. He will not miss any of the important games on the schedule in the Big Ten. Meyer, who is 73-8 at Ohio State University with one national championship under his belt was given the lightest of sanctions – he will even be allowed to practice and prep his team leading up to each game where he is suspended. For Ohio State University itself, it has now made the statement that winning football games is more important than integrity and the welfare of women in general.
This is ok at Ohio State if it gets in the way of the game:
Ohio State University – you’re no Beyonce
What a joke…
